There are many different pain medications available for neuropathic pain; please find a Dr who will work with you to find a combination that works for you. There will be a combination of medications that will get your pain levels down; find a Dr how will help you find what will work for you.

I understand how you are feeling, when the pain is overwhelming and is preventing sleep everything seems worthless. I felt angry, hopeless, and helpless when my pain started.
