hopefully someone can explain WHY it does that... but I do know that it is notorious for elevating the WBC... also at 13, I don't believe that is too concerningly high, especially while on steriods... Pregnancy raises it quite a bit as well, having a simple cold too! Hopefully someone can give you a more scientific answer!
