There are also well known inpatient programmes for children with CRPS at various US hospitals which I am sure someone more knowledgable will post info on.

They tend to adopt a much more intensive, full time approach which can be very tough initially but there is a lot of evidence that this approach gives children very much better outcomes, including remission. It would seem that children are have a better pre-disposition to recovery at least in part, it is though, because of the vastly increases plasticity of their developing brains.

It has to be worth checking out so I hope some other posters here can help with this info.
