Welcome to NT
So sorry you're having these unusual and uneasy sensations.
It is much harder to deal with when you don't have an understanding of what's wrong.
I do believe you. You did describe it pretty good.
Often I suggest a diary, to keep data about you daily activities, diet, sleep and work schedule, habits good and bad. Exercise Routine. Maybe even bowel and bladder habits. Any vitamins, medications, supplements you are putting into you body.
Rate your uneasiness, on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being easy to tolerate;10 being hard to tolerate.
Also rate you stress levels as making your symptoms worse.
You may see a pattern develop that may make symptoms worse.
Have you ever had a traumatic brain injury?
Maybe light and sound could be triggering your symptoms.
Been exposed to chemicals? Radon in you home or work.
Are mornings worse? Upon waking worse? At night?
If this is a constant thing?
I think our brain is made up of 90% water, so inhale it.
Learn about relaxation and breathing techniques. Maybe even yoga. It's good for the rest of your body.
Google some Anatomy illustrations so you can become familiar with the terminology and description. Knowledge is empowering.
Take care and keep asking questions.
