I would recommend an endocronologist, maybe even before an ear nose and thoat specialist. When the lymph nodes swell, it is a reaction of some kind with the immune system. this is my understanding of it. Maybe the two are not related, I don't know. I sure am not a professional, but I have had lymph node problems due to infection and auto immune problems. An endocronologist can rule out systemic problems with the lymph system. This is just an idea for you. Sometimes things like lyme disease, can cause a node to swell etc. I sure hope you can find some resolution. I also hope others will chime in to try and help you. ginnie
