The D3 will greatly enhance absorption of any calcium you eat in foods.

You can do magnesium without calcium.

They share the same transporter pathway in the bowel.

I wouldn't worry about it. Most people don't get enough magnesium at all, and that is far more important.

If you use alot of topical, you may not even need oral supplements.
I wouldn't think you need 3 of those magnesium citrates.

If you get loose on the citrate that is a sign it is not being absorbed.
