Default Diabetes Insipidus

I'm interested in knowing if anyone here has this not-so-common condition?

My water deprivation test was positive and I'm now being scheduled for MRI of pituitary gland and a consult with nephrologist (and kidney biopsy) to determine if it's Central DI or Nephrogenic DI.

I know the treatment for Central DI is DDAVP (via nasal spray) but I don't know what treatment is used for nephrogenic DI...which is actually the one doctors believe I have due to my having Sjogren's.

I apparently have an unusual presentation of this since my symptoms come in waves (frequent) and are not persistent. I also have severe autonomic neuropathy/dysautonomia that is complicating the condition.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
