Default Vestibular Therapy and Ringing in Ears?

I have been doing vestibular therapy for a few weeks now and just started to doing @ home as well. I was wondering if the ringing in ears that went away for awhile but is now back...Is this normal with vestibular therapy? And one of my ears is hurting again and making a noise every time I slightly move mouth.

My ears feel like I am under water or something constantly and vertigo/woozy are getting worse..... Any feedback would be appreciated
