Sometimes, if the dosage is changed, like instead of 5mg's to 7.5mg's; the insurance will take it as a new script and not as getting the old one sooner. Then breakthru can be cut and dose as needed. Of course, doc will need to be okay with doing this. But the doctors know they sometimes have to get around the insurance requirements.
