All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. Thanks, this is really wonderful!
At first I thought, pfff, because I do not believe that my beloved pets go to a different "dog" heaven, because I really wouldnt want to go to heaven if I will only meet my human loved ones there! I truly believe they have souls and, if there is something like a bridge or heaven or somthing, they will go to the same place I will go.

But the end made it beautiful. I think this must be the way it goes, because my connection with one of them is so strong and real, I cannot bare to think of it how it will be if we're not together anymore. He's my best friend, my buddy, and I love him soooooo much!

Doodlebug, I'm sorry for your loss, that is just way too much, so much loss in such a short time. I hope you get comfort and help coping by your other furry friends.
