I am thinking about adding in benfotiamine and/or methyl b12 for my small fiber neuropathy.

My questions are as follows:

1) Are there any upper dosing limits for either? I have not really read about any, but wanted to make sure that this was accurate.

2) What is the most recommended dose for these for neuropathy, specifically small fiber neuropathy in my case (if that makes any difference).

3) Generally speaking, is there one of the two that has a reputation as being better than the other for helping with neuropathy and nerve regeneration?
