You have the foot pump for blowing it up don't you?
Check on YouTube for all sorts of exercises using those balls, then you can see if it is something you can do or modify if needed.
Just sitting on it with good posture and slightly rolling/rocking back and forth is good for the core and legs since they are used for the balancing and stability.
