My exercises consists of stretching and the PT & OT I learned in
my hospital stay. They,so far are doing the job of keeping me
strong and limberer and stronger.
It's a simple case of use it or lose it. Just simple leg swings and
lifts, Arms swings and lifts, hand and finger manipulations. All
done whilst lying on my back on my sofa.
I had Yoga videos too...gave them to DD.
The chair exercises are great.
