Exclamation A Symptome is One Thing....Breathing is Living!

Ok I feel like I got the flu, a sinus infection, shaking, ran over by a train, sleep is getting bad because I am having breathing problems. It all started about 4days ago when I noticed. I had taken cymbalta 30mg for 5 or 6 days and stopped because I had many issues with the medicine like breathing when I was asleep!!!(Now ALL DAY)Feels like mucus stuck in my throat and I been hacking it out!!

At first I thought it was going to go away with the cymbalta....now I feel like it is staying and getting worse!Am I having seizures? My Benzo is not working anymore for anxiety......my body is just going into panic even on a so called good day in the mind!!!What is going on with me?Now I am getting scared! I backed off my walking by cutting time down, I am taking my vitamins D B12 B6 Magnesium white tea, eating right, I am drinking water like a fish, I am icing neck & face, I took Mucus Relief with 325mg of Acetaminophen, sleep is all sudden horrible!
***I cannot even meditate because my breath is so short!!!!!I had got a flu shot with no preservatives about 3weeks ago....I did vestibular therapy and got tracking done on neck today.....Is this a side effect???.....I have to breathe to do this!! I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!
