I've had counts of 11 often too. If you have no elevated temperature or other signs to worry about, yours is not that high yet.

I had a count of 38,000 once... that landed me in the hospital.
I had an acute abdomen.

Nope, no gum or tooth problems (never even had a cavity in my 41 years!).

Thanks for putting things in perspective--I didn't realize my high WBC was really not that high after all.
