I am taking some suppliments and vitamins but they are all things that i taken before except for a B-complex which is called "positive thoughts" and it has some herbs in there.
I also complelty quit drinking coffee / caffiene about three weeks ago. I used to drink a big cup of coffe every morning for the last 15 years.
My legs are my biggest concern.

Any changes in your diet? I don't eat or drink dairy products and one time I was using soy milk in my shakes instead of almond milk and couldn't figure out why I ached all over. As soon as the soy milk was gone and I went back to almond milk the aches went away. I waited a couple months and tried it again and same thing happened. Organic/non gmo soy milk doesn't seem as bad but in general now I avoid soy milk.
Anxiety can also cause a LOT of symptoms and hopefully once it's under control you will feel much better.
Just some thoughts.
