One of my pain dr.'s. at one of the leading ortho practices: Orthohealing in Los Angeles. What is his reason for not using cortisone? I know too much of it isnt good. My other dr. is a leading neurologist/pain dr for TOS and he uses Cortisone too, but I dont know how often he will do it. (he's not covered, so I dnt let him do it anymore), but he did my botox, which didnt work. There is a Dr. on the facebook page who doesnt like cortisone either. Do your TRP injections help you?
