Since you say that the cervical curvature is non-existent, I would think that might have something to do with it, and also the discs would probably be involved, but I don't know since I haven't read the report.

Head and facial numbness is not spinal-related. It involves the cranial nerves. I would agree with Leesa however in that you need a second opinion!
