I too had to go through the STD ins through work. it requires in writing in the notes submitted that you are fully disabled, if you see multiple dr,s tell them that this is what it must say in their notes. if you still have issues and they dod not ask for an IME you may ask for arbitration through the carrier. and you must present the case. (through paper work,) hopefully your state has RSD/CRPS guide lines.
If they do printing them out ans submitting them to the carrier would be prudent as well. good luck I know this worked for me I hope you get the same results
