Sitting here freezing as I read your post and the good suggestions. I am usually fine - but massive hot flashes when I overdo the cognitive effort, and I have a really hard time warming up if I have allowed myself to get cold. For you southerners....yesterday I stubbornly rewired the block heater plug for the car which came undone (i.e. pulled put of its socket!!) as I reversed out of the driveway....'I had just had it fixed and didn't want to embarass myself again at the garage...so out I went in -28 C (-18 F) and colder with the wind - for an hour!!!! I was so happy i was able to do it that I got a bit cold.

Took me hours and finally a very hot bath to warm up! But I reconnected the plug!! Small victories.

Off topic, I know, but related to cold! Would NOT have been able to do that four months ago! Progress.
