Smile Sleep Study

Yup, we did that on me at a local hospital. Best night of sleep I had enjoyed in I don't know how long EVEN with the interruptions to try this and that and a different mask and such.

I settled on a pillows style mask which is really more of a canula burst out to form soft "pillows" which fit against the nostrils. I am not a mouth breather, so the pillows worked quite well and I do not have to use a full nasal mask a full face mask or any such. It straps around the crown of the head just so with two straps, one of the mask material itself, and the other a spongy rubber. No face indents are left for the morning, and I have been sleeping very well now since first receiving it around the end of Novermber.

Thrilled and blessed am I,
