I notice that when I breathe in through my nose I can fill pressure around the sore tooth, could that be from the possible sinus issue? The constant throbbing pain in my gums around the adjacent teeth concerns me also as well as the tooth being loose could there be something going on with my gums around that tooth or is that normal after an extraction.
