if the Effexor isn't working well, ask for a change, or ask him to ADD Abilify to it. The Abilify enhances what you're already taking, and it makes a world of difference. I was on it for awhile but had to get off cause it made me retain water. Darn it. I felt so much better on it.

you may need a change in medication. You may have accomodated to the Effexor. If that's true, then nothing is going to work. he may just have to put you on something else.

Have a talk with your doc. It sure can't hurt. You NEED to feel better than this. This just isn't getting it.
