I will ask to have the 3-5 hour test done...as for my B12 levels I want to say they were at or above 700.

I've been trying to look at the foods I eat and I've also been careful to curb any drinking. Which I mean wasn't an issue anyway because I'm from the states and Under 21...right? right? Oh, college.
