Lightbulb Evening primrose has

been studied in diabetics as useful. I find high dose to be very laxative however, so start with lower doses.

I never have a problem with fish oil however, and I am very sensitive to laxatives. So everyone is different.

Take the oils with food, and the methyl B12 on empty stomach. B12 needs no competitors in the GI tract for best absorption (since it is in microgram amounts)

The oils are basically food..unless you get carried away and take tons of them.
