I have no problems with anything u tried and should look all conservative treatment. The only concern I have is the chiro? Does your chiro do adjustments on your neck? I think accupuncture ,healing hands, all that is great!!!. Being a neck patient who had a fusion from c4 thru c7 --if you read post on spinal forum most of us are not big fans of the chiro. Been told many times the spine is not meant to be cracked or adjusted you can do more harm then good. What did they say about c1 and c2 --herinations?? --thats such a delicate and important area of the neck actually reading your post on the chiro esp in that area almost --to be honest made cringe.
