The twist the head and pop chiro adjustment is the concern. There are many much more gentle techniques.

Other than the head aches, what other symptoms are you struggling with?

In case your chiro has not recommended it, you should be icing your upper neck as often as possible. 15 minutes on, 30 off. A zip lock baggie with 1 part rubbing alcohol and 3 parts water will freeze to a moldable ice pack. If your chiro did not recommend ice, it makes me think he is not a specialist in the fine treatment needs of the upper neck.

Melatonin can be helpful with head aches for some. It also helps to monitor your blood pressure to see if it spikes and causes head aches. The adrenal dysfunction from a concussion can cause the BP problems.

Tell us more about your struggles and we will try to help.

My best to you.
Mark great advice!!
