I think it was the mixture. So add in 1 flax and one evening primrose into your fish oil. Take all with food.

Flax provides the beginning essential fatty acid, ALA, and fish oil is the end point made from ALA. The GLA in the evening primrose is the "gatekeeper" for making beneficial Cox-1 cytokines.

Since your GERD is serious, you can add one extra fish oil too.

That is great about your improved bloodwork!

ALA is abbreviated here to represent alpha linolenic acid.
Mrs.D, I put (ground) flax seed in my smoothie, would that be sufficient in lieu of the flax oil? Are there various mgs for Flaxseed and Primrose? If yes, what dosage should I take ? I mentioned that I am taking 1200mg of Omega 3, how much more should I add without taking too much?

I hope your blood tests are good.
