I have researched flaxseed vs flax oil benefits to some extent. The results, in my opinion, are that flaxseed is far superior to flax oil for nutritional health benefits.
The only thing the oil offers is MORE omega 3 concentrated than flaxseed per serving.
However, there are numerous benefits to taking flaxseed, so many more than taking just the oil.
Taking that into consideration, I take flaxseed, even though it has less omega 3 per serving.
