What is "marginally" high? I am just curious. My doctors idea of "marginally" high is very incorrect. I found to my surprise after my own research that anything above 140 one hour after eating can affect nerves, organs, etc.

So while the dr does not get concerned until it is too late, I am very concerned, and have ignored my dr's "don't worry" attitude.
