First you have to accept this complex syndrome.
Next move on to dwelling and after dwelling move on to coping!!!
As long as you ask yourself is it going to go away?
No it will get worse....
Reverse the thoughts and say it will go away!
Then focus on something else you did not do in past and that is not over stimulating....

when I say don't look back... I mean for instance my favorite thing to do in life was snowboard I been doing it since I was 15yrs...this situation comes along....I put snowboarding out of my mind.

As long as you dwell you cannot move on to coping....
It is in YOU to do this...the doctors can only help....
Start by reversing the thought process and use the energy you USE on dwelling and out it on coping....
and you will gradually see changes....
In this syndrome I learned that we can be our worst enemy!
Take my advice and use it as a start of control...Consider you are young and have a lot of youth to fight this!YOU CAN DO THIS!!!No matter what age we are we still have the youth to fight this

What Happened: In 2011 I was in a MVA

Symptoms: Physical: I am always cold in any season!!I cannot tolerate anything pressure on my head(sun glasses,hats)longer then a hour,Lock jaw/Displaced TMJ, Dropsey, Hands go numb, Arms go numb, back of head numb (when asleep),Muscle spasms in face & upper body,migraines, concentration headaches, dizziness, nausea, neck and back trauma (from accident), tinnitus, extreme light sensitivity, noise sensitivity, EXTREME fatigue, impaired vestibular system, balance off, Pupils NEVER equal, disrupted sleep cycles,speech problems.

Cognitive: Cognitive Behavior, Brain fog, impulsivity, speech problems, word finding problems, slowed processing speeds, impaired visual memory, impaired complex attention

Emotional: Unable to handle stress or overstimulation without getting extremely irritable or angry, easily overstimulated, MAJOR depression, major anxiety, Panic attacks

Treatment so far: Treatment for PCS,PTSD,Depression & panic,Vestibular therapy, Physical therapy, Vitamin Schedule,Walking,No Dairy, No eggs, No caffeine, No artificial coloring, Sleep with 2 pillows, Very little sugars consumed, Eat healthy,No alcohol, Medications, limit stress and overstimulation.
