Vit D and constipation/ new med out
Vit D causes constipation and found out today from the druggist that taking chewable vit D because of no fillers is the best way to go...yipppeeeeeee now maybe I can get my vit d levels back up where they should be . Along with the new med for IBS Lezess I hope it all works ...
