It makes me happy that people seem to like kitty. That's how I truly feel some days.

Everything in moderation. Might take a bit longer to be effective but there's also less chance for sides, IMO. Think of it this way, everything you do, add, etc, is a change for your body. If it's too rapid a change it can cause problems.
