Do you have health care and do yo have a DR you REALLY trust. If you have health care that allows it, I would make a appointment with a nuero-psychologist. They will be able to test you for cognitive deficits and areas that are giving you specific problems. A good one is going to offer sound advice on who to see and what kind of coping strategies will best work for you.

A good pcp can take this information and help you put together a team of drs so you can improve your quality of life. You can get insight into why you react the way you do. How to change the reaction to something that you feel better about while reducing your stress. These may seem insignificant but they are factors that affect every single moment of our lives. So even small changes can mean big difference of how you feel.
