Celeste, I don't know if I'm typical (or if there is a "typical" with MG), but my MG moves around--a lot! Two years ago I was having terrible trouble with the muscles in my sides, so I was walking really strangely, and now they don't bother me at all. Last month it was my arms. I went through a few weeks once where my legs were really weak. Last year at this time I was having trouble with one of the muscles used in swallowing, but no more. For some reason the weakness in my neck doesn't fluctuate.
I don't know what your experience will be, but there's good reason to hope that this new weakness is temporary. It doesn't necessarily mean you're on your way down.
But if you get worse, or get new symptoms, or anything scary, don't wait until March! Call your neuro.
