How are you doing? It's been a while.
Have you learned to "stop to think" ?
It often means you shut out all other stimuli, audio and visual. I close my eyes to start. I have had to shut off air conditioners, stereos, even ticking clocks if I am in a super sensitive mode.
It sounds like you may be experiencing either an anxiety attack or some apnea events.
I have found myself out of breath and trying to catch my breath. It is usually when I have been holding my breath for some unknown reason. I get stuck holding my abdominal muscles tense. This stops my breathing. I do it so much, I have added serious muscle mass to by abdomen.
If you have these out of breath symptoms, check to see how your muscles feel. If they feel tired, you may have been holding your breath.
If you are holding your breath, it can leave you feeling confused and without cognitive power.
