Your description of symptoms sure fit the diagnosis of Post Concussion Syndrome. Other than what rmschaver said, I suggest you check out my thread about Vitamin Regimen. The concussed brain has far more need for good nutrition, especially the nutrition that helps the brain handle stress. The busyness of a work day can put a serious strain on a concussed brain. You are about to enter the age where concussions start to manifest with more symptoms.

After a NeuroPsych Assessment, you will have a better understanding of your functions. Meanness and getting angry too easily is common. Once we realize this physiological response, we can learn to avoid the trigger before the anger and meanness kicks into high gear.

Check out the online resources listed at the bottom of the Vitamins thread. You will go, "Ah ha !"

Please feel free to share anything with us. We have heard it all and lived it all.

My best to you.

Mark in Idaho,
It has been a relieve to find out more and more about what I have been dealing with.
I have never taken any king of vitamins or any kind of medicine. I have lived a
healthy life so far and hoping for more
I drink beer as social drinker, nothing more. Don't smoke anymore ( quit 3 yrs ago ). Eat daily home cooking from scratch, no frozen food or anything like it.

I have been spending more time researching for more information on making life easier and better.
I have found a disorder I never heard of. It is best description of what I have been dealing with. I am not sure where to post in the forum to get more
information from the members who possibly have experienced same things.
Here it is : Depersonalization disorder
I can not post a link since I have not enought posts.

Thank you
