Everything you wrote is exactly what I was fearing with this drug. I don't remember what regular gabapentin runs at the pharmacy, but I know it's no where near $500/mo. My only complaint about Lyrica was the cost, so being given an even more expensive drug by my pain clinic annoys me a tad.

I did find a good solution and will be back to paying $25/mo for Lyrica. I'm not a huge fan of time released medication as the effectiveness seems to decay with passing time. Will Gralise be the "new" Lyrica doled out by Doctors?
