I didn't process it until we left. I thought I was having more MRIs for a different reason.
Rest of the appt went much better than previous ones. My symptom score is improving slowly. I haven't taken the computer test yet. Too much stimulation and my symptoms come on full steam.

There can be well over 30 different reasons/causes of hyperactive reflexes.
Most commonly: Head trauma; spinal cord injuries/trauma, cervical spinal cord injuries/trauma; 'pinched nerves' ; and others involving fractures of the spinal structures etc.
Sometimes : Too much caffeine.
Undiagnosed: Depression, Anxiety
And then the Uncommon and/or rare - hyperthyroidism and others, which you could google , or ask your practitioner. Check this site:
Hyperreflexes
The examiner may have struck the reflexive site more firmly than before. Was one side more reflexive than the other? - these are also things that need considering.
Tests should include Blood for complete Chemistry, including Thyroid studies of TSH, T3, T4; Vitamin B12 level; is there concern of anything else - not knowing the history I cannot presume for other testing requests.
As you are visiting this site, can I presume you have had a neck or head injury?
Could you present your injury details for us to offer up any advice, information and suggestions?
Best Wishes.
