When my son was young, he had a Salzman's nodule on his
left eye. It finally went away on its own. He was born with
a defect in the conjunctiva of that eye called chemosis.

The nodule was at about the 9 o'clock extreme left of the cornea.

Because the conjunctiva was swollen all the time he couldn't get his tears to clean off the eye surface very well. But it all seemed to resolve with time. Perhaps yours will go away too. I do hope so.

Thank you for your supportive words, and also to the others on this
thread. I really felt stupid for a while there, as this whole crisis got
away from me. But now I am so much better, it is amazing how
long I put up with the growing bradykinin levels! sheeesh!
