Default Physical Therapy

This past Tuesday I went to a Physical Therapist to help me with bone spurs on the back of my heels. I asked him if he knows what Myasthenia Gravis is and he said he does so I thought alright I'll do the stretching exercises he instructed I should do. Last night I got up to walk to the other room and my ankle gave out on me on my left foot. Luckily I didn't fall. I don't know whether to stop the stretching or what I should do. These seem like simple stretches, but today I'm feeling miserable. Maybe I should just limit how many repetitions I do. He has me doing fifteen repetitions at four seconds each with five different stretches. I see him again Tuesday. He also used ultra sound on the back of my heels and my lower calves.
