I'm female, age 53, happily married w/ 2 great kids. However I had an anterior-posterior spinal fusion L4-S1 in 2002 and have been in chronic pain for 2 years before the fusion and ever since. I have tried P.T., tens unit, prolotherapy, talk therapy, trigger point injections,among other things over the years. Currently I receive some relief from pain meds and an implanted spinal neurostimulator. My diagnoses are complex regional pain syndrome, degenerative disc disease, osteo arthritis and sacroileitis. I have been disabled since 2002 and wish I could go back to work. Anyone out there who can relate???
