Hi everyone, I was looking for more PT in Australia this morning, and found this American site. Great guy with lots of tips, seems to be a regular blog, and he has had shoulder surgery so should understand from a personal perspective too. Be careful using the exercise video unless you know exactly what is causing your tos, but the sleeping video is excellent.
