Your symptoms sound like they can be due to a head injury. When did you have the MRI ? It sounds like you needed a CT scan at 72 hours after the injury. That is past so now we need to find a way to identify what that injury was and if there is anything that can be done.

What kinds of doctors have you been examined by?

How much damaged did you have from the hit to your nose? Did it break your nose?

Have you been checked out by an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist for injuries in your sinuses?

Besides sex, what other symptoms are your biggest struggles?
