So, do you have a wife yet? There are a variety of systems for improving virility. I would not worry about the fertility side unless you are actively trying to conceive. If so, talk with the urologist. But, you are only 19.

How is your blood pressure and heart condition? You will be surprised how that can effect you symptoms.
