I've been looking through the incredible Gluten File. I've watched it grow over the years.

Daughter's taking on advice and she'll continue now with various oral supplements. Uni goes back in 2 weeks so she'll need to be feeling better by then because this semester will be full-on and that goes for both of us.

I will update here from time to time with how she's feeling.

Gluten is in almost everything. There's even wheat germ oil in her face moisturizer. I need a money tree.
