I have one suggestion... take the biotin away from the lipoic...space them out. When the B5 comes, that too.
B5, biotin and lipoic all share the same transporter in the blood.
If you take them together there may be too much competition for it and some of the doses may be lost.
Because the biotin is so strong, you could take it on alternate days, that way it would be less likely to compete.
The doctor supervision is important for monitoring kidney functions.
