Double check for infection.
But be careful about removing teeth, unless there is clear reason to do so.
I do have neuralgia after dental work. Many people end up with un-needed dental work, including extractions, simply because the dentist is fishing around looking for where the pain is coming from.
Has the norytriptilline helped? I'm on a similar med and it did help my nerve pain a little.
