After 2 years of searching, reading, (learning from you all), and numerous doctors, I finally found a good one. The first thing they did was assure me that I wasn't crazy!
Apparently, I do have APS. I don't know why it was ordered but never conducted when I had my stroke. I read through all 50 or so pages of my chart, and the physician ordered it, but there are no results with the rest of my lab results

. What incompetent jerks.
Either way, I can work on future clot prevention, and I have answers for my PN. I still continue to test high for inflammation (ESR and CRP) but hopefully the rheumy will continue to put the puzzle together.
I now take neurontin, plaquenil, and aspirin, and so far so good (despite the joint pain). I do worry if I will ever be able to do simple things like take a road trip or long flight, but I guess a diagnosis is better than the risk.
Anyone else have this?
