I had my pain doc appt in November just his every 3 month check up on my severe DDD(SHOULD I spell it out or put DDD?), which I will put, but what about my monthly prescriptions? In between the two, should I write one visit as "monthly prescriptions"? So they know I am taking my monthly painmeds? Again, THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!
